SHIFTm2M is designed for leaders who have a desire to build disciplemaking movements using principles from the life of Christ. A SHIFTm2M group is ideal for pastors and Christian leaders who are seeking to create environments that help their people engage with their communities, win them to Christ and build them up to become multiplying disciplemakers.
This is not an effort to prescribe a ‘model’ of doing ministry, but rather the discovery and implementation of principles and frameworks that are applicable in any context.
The course comprises 9 learning days spread over 9 months.

Shift Workshops
Full and half day
The SHIFTm2m Day and Half-Day Workshops are a practical and inspiring introduction to a disciplemaking framework shaped by the life and ministry of Jesus. Designed for pastors and ministry leaders, this interactive workshop will help you reimagine how your ministry can move from maintenance to multiplication.
Drawing from the core principles of the full nine-day SHIFTm2M experience, the workshop provides a hands-on look at the biblical foundations, key frameworks, and essential steps needed to cultivate a culture of disciplemaking. You’ll also have time to reflect on your own ministry context and begin thinking through next steps for application.
